This is a major pain point and it could probably be avoided very easily issue: quartz#2383 https://github.com/jackyzha0/quartz/tree/v5/quartz
The point where the version changes seems to be at quartz/cli/handlers.js#L431
Actually it’s because quartz couldn’t properly identify the valid package version range.
